Dance Battles are a Real Thing?

Probably the most famous scene from Step 3D was the amazing Water Dance Fight against those Asian Gymnasts. But I always though the idea of a Gang Dance Fight was reserved only for ridiculous underdog dance movies about redemption and a second chance at "life". Later I find out that these things actually exist and the real dancers are much better at these showy dance moves than the pseudo actors casted in these Step Up Movies.

Some of the moves preformed in the below video are just insane, a GOD DAM DOUBLE BACKFLIP... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!?!

Super Human is what I would call it, because the idea that someone can literally break gravity like that and then be able to spin on their heads while supporting all their weight on one arm just seems Unreal and Godly to me.

Whoever said Dancing is for girls didn't have a clue...
